Nita Lake Lodge - Whistler

Excellent breakfast with excellent views.

We were woken up at 2am by rats chewing through our suitcases. The hotel staff was unhelpful and dismissive when we reported the issue. After moving to a smaller room, there was no follow-up or apology from management, deeply frustrating.

Outstandingly helpful and competent staff entire time.

The pool area is clean too.

The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom with heated stone tiles! Dining options were excellent, with the bar and restaurant serving tasty meals.

The breakfast service was chaotic, and we encountered a noisy wedding party that disrupted our peace. The view from the first-floor balcony was blocked by tall trees.

A nice size units and competent staff who clearly want do everything they can to deliver great customer service. Best possible and spectacular location to the centre of Whistler, and 10 minute walk from Creekside Gondola. Private parking on site provided.

Great hotel, no compliants

I adored the warm, rustic ambiance, with cozy leather sofas and wool throws throughout. The easy accessibility made navigating the hotel effortless and enjoyable, allowing me to appreciate the amazing views of the nearby lake and mountains.

Improved soundproofing between rooms would be welcome.

We loved the location, it was very quiet and away from the village, but close enough. The food was fabulous and the staff were very helpful / dog friendly. The complimentary bikes and shuttle were nice.

The kitchen area of the room was awkward, the furniture was a little worn, the deck door was a challenge and the gym needed mirrors.

It is beautiful that it is near the lake.

The bed is too soft and the heat in the room was broken. I was feeling like living in the freezer.

Nita lake lodge is beautiful! The lakeside location made for fine views. The cozy fireplace in our studio was perfect for those cool nights. We really enjoyed the massage at the spa, and the food options were amazing, especially dinner at the den with standout desserts.

The accomodation was value for money. The staff are professional, resourceful, expedient and caring. The location is perfect for those of us who would like to leave the busy village and return to the sanctuary of a lakeside accomodation.

I needed to be in the Creekside area of Whistler so the location was perfect. It was in a quiet area but only 300 yards from the village/main road at Creekside. It fronts on to Nita Lake with direct access to the lake and trails. Beautiful views. Nice ambience. Great food. Great staff.

excellent access to parks and dining options just steps away

I loved that I could easily stroll to Rainbow Park, just about 3 km away, where I enjoyed amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere, while the good cafes and restaurants nearby made dining a pleasure with their amazing offerings, with one restaurant just a few steps away serving delicious meals.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom was excellent with a large shower and bath. We had a balcony that overlooked the lake and enjoyed the view very much. The Lodge is around 5km from Whistler Village - we did the walk several times, and a free shuttle is available. Bikes are also available free of charge. We think these services are important as the distance from the village might be seen as a disadvantage. We were not skiing and the distance from the slopes might be a problem for some.

We had a meal at the lodge and thought the menu was limited and somewhat expensive. We gave feedback and the restaurant manager follow-up with us - which we thought was a good indication of their commitment to quality.

Great setting, I had very relaxing time.
